Entrants must provide evidence of:

  • How the professional values associated with APSCo Asia membership have helped to enhance and grow the business in this geographic area
  • How you monitor and manage your business and the challenges you have faced and overcome in the past 12 months. 
  • How have you dealt with the needs of your own staff regarding relocation, training and development and what have you done to become part of the business and social community?

Entrants must provide evidence of:

  • Service delivery created to match client, industry and/or sector demand

Supporting documentation is welcome but MUST be relevant to the award. It will be of secondary consideration to the judges.

  • An accurate portrayal of the company through the brand
  • Effective communication of the brand
  • Overall impact of the campaign and brand for the company and for the wider recruitment industry.

We will be looking for a recruitment business which knows its objectives, has a strong team ethos, looks after its staff through opportunities and training and understands the requirements of its clients and candidates by showing exceptional sector knowledge.
