A new partnership has been announced between the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) in Australia and real-world communication assessment provider, Fluent IQ. The organisations have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), by which Fluent IQ will provide support, knowledge and discounted services to the APSCo Membership in Australia.
The relationship has been based on APSCo’s international presence together with the sector’s tradition for having a higher percentage of international applicants with English as a second language.
The organisations are poised to champion the cause of removing bias in recruitment and promoting diversity, with some exciting initiatives planned to be announced throughout the course of this year.
“We are pushing our passionate vision of identifying and removing bias in recruitment and we see our relationship with APSCo as a fantastic opportunity to champion this platform for the benefit of all. Our whole team are looking forward to working with APSCo on these exciting initiatives during the year,” says Fluent IQ Director of Sales and Partnerships, Andy McLeod.
APSCo Australia managing director, Julie Mills adds: “We’re very much looking forward to the mutually beneficial relationship that an MoU provides for both businesses and the start of a long and successful partnership with the team at Fluent IQ.”
