The RCSA have honoured some of the brightest and most talented members of the recruitment and staffing industry at the annual New Zealand RCSA Industry Awards at the Hilton Auckland. One of the best interviewers in New Zealand, television news personality Mike McRoberts was MC for the event.
This year, RCSA received the highest nominations in the history of its awards making the judge’s decisions difficult but unfortunately the association could only place one winner in each category.
The big winner on the night was Enterprise Recruitment & People who was named the winner of the Corporate Social Responsibility Award and had its CEO Ian McPherson honoured for his Outstanding Contribution to the Sector.
Enterprise Recruitment & People has joined with Foster Hope to help them provide children in in foster care with a backpack containing toiletries, a pair of pyjamas, some regular clothing, underwear, presents and a teddy bear to cuddle. Enterprise Recruitment donates money to Foster Hope, accepts donations for the organisation at its office and supports their recruitment process.
“With Foster Hope we are supporting an organisation that is giving children and families a better start in life,” Enterprise Recruitment & People said of its partnership with Foster Hope. “And while we continue to do this, we have a special project in progress! We are most proud of our current initiative to support Foster Hope by supplying 100 bikes for kids in 2018. In conversation with Foster Hope in 2017, Enterprise wanted to identify an opportunity to do something that was separate to all the other Foster Hope initiatives but was meaningful in a direct way for the families and kids.”
Robert Walters won Marketing Campaign of the Year for its sponsorship of the British and Irish Lions as part of its campaign to attract skilled New Zealanders working overseas to return to New Zealand for employment.
