Luxury hospitality recruiter The Change Group is launching a new division to attract the best business, commercial and executive talent. The launch comes in response to growing demand for specialist business and management expertise within the capital’s industry.

Headed up by Craig Prentice, the new Business and Commercial Division will be focused on recruiting executives, marketing, sales, HR, finance and business support professionals with the skills to drive business success. This is vital as the UK’s successful hospitality sector offers continuing opportunities for growth in the UK and overseas, while at the same time, businesses face ongoing commercial challenges, especially in terms of rising costs and talent acquisition and retention. 

Craig brings 20 years’ experience working in hospitality, both client side at some of London’s most iconic brands, as well as with a number of specialist hospitality recruitment companies. His role heading up Change’s Business & Commercial Division will focus predominantly in London, with a view to partnering with businesses looking to expand their UK offering internationally, both in Europe as well as the Far East, where Change has a Hong Kong operation. Craig will also be responsible for front of house appointments.
