Access Group is launching its first customer conference delivering on the promise to give recruiters everything they need to help their business thrive. The business is set to take over the Country Hall on Southbank on 29th November and will hold a one day conference for all Access Recruitment and Safe staffing customers.

As the job market continues to evolve and the economy shifts, Access Group, recognising the changes, have dedicated the day’s agenda to, ‘running a recruitment business in a more complex world’, and with over 250 delegates set to attend, the event is set to be one of the highlights in the recruitment calendar. 

The day, packed with industry insights, product masterclasses, partner features and keynote inspiration will centre around the challenges agencies face in today’s staffing market.

Leading recruiters and Access customers, Randstad, Alexander Mann and Opus Recruitment will share secrets to their success while APSCo, CIPP and Barclay Jones will provide best practice advice on issues from compliance and payroll legislation to technology implementation and adoption. 

The day kicks off with Access CEO, Chris Bayne, sharing his mission about how Access is to support the changing needs of the staffing market whilst staying true to its promise to deliver value to customers.  Chris comments “Access has seen a significant growth in its recruitment division in the last 12 months and with the Safe acquisition, we can proudly report that 75 per cent of the top 20 recruitment agencies, now rely on Access’s products. We’re excited about our ability to provide one complete offering for a modern staffing business which ultimately brings significant increases to profitability for our customers.”


Further inspiration will also come from the premier league’s very own performance psychologist, Ken Way whose keynote will focus on how recruiters can build high performance teams in the competitive staffing market. Subsequent sessions will cover the latest screening technology, optimising back-office processes, cash collection and of course the impending GDPR legislations. 

Selected software partners Cube19, NorthStar, CloudCall and Idibu will be on hand and taking to the stage to discuss the benefits of using business intelligence, job board integration, telephony and performance management tools. And Access ‘gurus’ will be available throughout the day for customers to ask their questions about everything from implementation, training and support to integration.

More significantly though, Access will for the first time unveiling its product roadmap, including the new version of Access RDB and discussing its plans to deliver the full front to back recruitment offering – bolstered by Safe’s Pay and Bill product, Tempest and screening offering.
