Randstad has announced the winners of the 2018’s Most Attractive Employer in Malaysia. Hosted for the third consecutive year and based on the results from the Randstad Employer Brand Research, Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) has been crowned Most Attractive Employer in Malaysia for 2018.

Ryan Carroll, country director at Randstad Malaysia said: “We would like to congratulate the winners for their consistent performance in ensuring and promoting a powerful employer brand that resonates strongly with employees in Malaysia. In the three years that we have conducted this survey in Malaysia, we see more and more companies starting to evaluate and redesign their employer brand so as to enjoy the benefits it brings to their talent attraction and retention efforts. This is especially true for Malaysia where companies are constantly competing to hire, engage and retain the best people from a very limited talent pool.”
