As the awards season takes over the recruitment industry for the next month, Access Group is delighted to see that many of the recruitment businesses that use its software, Access RDB, have made the finalists list, some winning already.
Finlay James, a global IT sales and digital recruitment company, has already been awarded best recruitment company of the year at the recent Downtown in Business – City of Manchester Business Awards 2017. Finlay James has been partnering with Access for the last year in order to increase productivity per head, something that ails all agencies. In the last 12 months the recruitment company has grown by around 25 per cent and plan to set up an international presence with a new office in San Francisco early next year, in addition to their four regional offices. John Gaughan, Finlay James’ Founder and CEO, commented: “I am delighted that Finlay James has been recognised for its contribution to the recruitment industry in Manchester. This is a testament to both a recent investment in our infrastructure as well as the hard work and customer centric approach of our people.”
The upcoming Global Recruiter Awards has also nominated a further host of Access’ clients including Randstad, Robert Walters, Amoria Bond and Reuben Sinclair. Speaking about the recent nominations, Andrew Forster, divisional director at Access, remarked: “We help many of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies to control costs and enable growth, and to see so many of our customers recognised for their achievements is a rewarding moment for us.”
As the headline sponsor for this week’s award, Access Group will be rooting for its clients and wishes them the best success.
