The specialist IT recruitment firm Sciente International has been appointed to provide executive search services to Central Provident Fund (CPF) Singapore. The Central Provident Fund (CPF) is a social security system that enables working Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents to set aside funds for retirement. It also addresses healthcare, home ownership, family protection and asset enhancement. Under the contract, Sciente is set to partner with CPF board to assist in the IT talent acquisition.

The contract marks the business’ second major win within the Singapore government sector. It follows the company’s appointment to GovTech, covering over 60 ministries and statutory boards, for IT Manpower services.

The Sciente organisation was founded as a hybrid business with a purpose of making a long term beneficial impact in the lives of people – “an objective which is larger than business”, through the sponsorship by business.
