cube19, the leading Growth Analytics Platform for recruitment companies, has announced that Stuart Passmore, until recently the Managing Director of Broadbean Technology’s UK and European operations, has joined as Chief Financial Officer.
Passmore, who also served in the positions of Financial Director and Chief Operating Officer at Broadbean, worked closely with cube19 founder Dan McGuire when he himself was MD at Broadbean. Passmore was part of the executive leadership team, along with McGuire and Kelly Robinson, when Broadbean was sold to DMGT in 2008. Since then he has been actively involved in the continued growth of Broadbean as well as the sale of the business to CareerBuilder in 2014 and subsequently to private equity group Apollo last year.
McGuire commented “I’m excited to be working with Stuart again. He brings a rare mix of strategic, operational and financial excellence to the team as well as unparalleled domain experience in the world of recruitment technology. He was the only person I wanted as CFO, and so I’m naturally delighted he took me up on the offer to reunite after eight years”.
Passmore added “The opportunity to team up with Dan again and work on building another successful software business along with the rest of the team at cube19 really excites me. After a fantastic time at Broadbean, the time was right for a new challenge, and this certainly fits the bill.”
