Global workforce solutions and specialist, Hays has appointed Anthony Graham as its new Chief Product and Innovation Officer.
Anthony will play a critical role in building the Global Product and Innovation function, which will operate at the intersection of Sales and Technology and will be responsible for developing new products.
Anthony brings over 25 years of valuable experience in both product development and data analytics across various industries. Most recently, Anthony served as Chief Operating Officer at Fable Data, overseeing the development and execution of the business plan, and leading the strategy, commercial, partnerships, marketing, product, data, and technology divisions. He has also worked previously for several high-profile retailers, financial service organisations and consultants, including McKinsey & Company, Barclaycard, and IRI.
