Talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing business NRG has announced the launch of its new HR Consultancy and Talent Advisory Services. The launch, held at NRG & Greenbean’s headquarters in Newcastle, showcased the company’s expanded service offering designed to provide businesses with flexible, expert HR support without increasing permanent headcount.
The event also marked an important milestone in NRG’s social impact initiatives, with the announcement of a partnership with Suitability by Society Matters, a community interest company. The Neon building within Quorum Business Park will become one of the first Donation Stations for the charity, serving as a collection point for menswear donations to support the Suitability by Society Matters Service.
NRG’s new services address the evolving HR challenges faced by organisations of all sizes. From agile start-ups lacking dedicated HR departments to established corporations seeking specialised expertise, NRG offers tailored solutions that ensure organisations aren’t left exposed or falling behind due to internal knowledge, skill or resource constraints.
By providing reliable, on-demand access to a pool of seasoned HR professionals, NRG acts as an extension of internal HR functions, enabling organisations to scale their HR capabilities without adding to permanent headcount. This flexible approach means organisations can confidently manage critical projects and challenges whilst maintaining compliance and best practice in human resource management.
